Dr. Shambhu Panwar from Rajasthan is a National Secretary of Child and Women Development Council and International Peace Ambassador, writer, journalist and a literary person.Dr. Shambhu Panwar was born in a middle class family in Chirawa town of Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan to Mr. Nathu Pawar. He was of sharp intellect since childhood and had a great inclination towards writing. As soon as he completed studies he developed the hobby of writing, & started journalism with a daily paper published from Jaipur in 1984. And simultaneously started playing an important role in social concerns. He used his energy positively by joining the organizations working in social concerns.Dr. Panwar expressed his feelings & social concerns in hi writing and journalism . He is making an incomparable contribution by contributing in the field of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Human Rights etc.In this journey of three and a half years he with his work abilities which was started from from the town,reached at the international level and made a unique identity.He is also a "gau rakshak" and also has faith in religious works, as a result of which Sant Gadge Vishwakalyan Siddha Peeth Haridwar has appointed him as the lifelong patron of the institution.

He has also been awarded an honorary degree.On the death anniversary of his parents and on his birthdays as well he and his children, celebrate by feeding porridge (food) and fodder to the cow in the cowshed.Shri Vivekananda Mitra Parishad became the messanger of god for the migrant workers during the Corona period.Patron of Shri Vivekananda Mitra Parishad Chirawa, Dr. Shambhu Panwar and Council's Manoj Mann, Sandeep Fatehpuria, Rajesh Dalmiya, Dinesh Dadhich, Chandramouli Pancharangiya, Sanjay Dadhich, Kamal Pujari, Rohitashwa Mahla and the entire team helped migrant workers, poor people during the Lok Down in 2020. And seeing the condition of the needy people, started the project "Nar Sewa Narayan Seva". In which the workers themselves did a commendable job of making clean and pure food with their own hands and providing 500 packets per day to the workers and the needy sitting at home. This project lasted for 52 days. The quality of the food of the council and the cleanliness of the diner was itself inspected by the District Collector, Deputy Superintendent of Police and administrative authority and praised the team of the council with a free voice.
